What Is Perception Training?
Perception training sharpens how precisely your senses capture the world. The exercises here push two of the least-trained senses: colour discrimination — finding a block or moving square that differs subtly from its neighbours — and time perception — judging elapsed seconds without counting.
- Colour discrimination is trainable. Each level shrinks the colour difference (measured in Delta E), pushing your eye's precision further.
- Timing underlies everything. Reaction, rhythm, pacing and patience all rely on a well-calibrated inner clock.
- Dynamic adds difficulty. Tracking a moving target while judging its colour trains two skills at once.
- Few minutes a day. These exercises are short by design and reward consistent practice.
How to Train Perception on iqiqgame.com

Perception Training FAQ
Are the perception exercises on this page free?
Yes. Every perception exercise in this section runs in your browser and is free to play with no sign-up required.
Which perception games are included?
Static Color Difference (40 levels of subtle colour spotting), Dynamic Color Difference (40 levels with a moving target) and Time Perception Training.
Why do the colour games get so hard?
The colour difference between the target and the background shrinks level by level, pushing your discrimination precision to its limit — that shrinkage is the training.
New perception exercises are added to this section as they launch on iqiqgame.com.
